Texas Ale Project Crafts Special Brew to Support Veterans

Good To Go is Good To Go.

Kat and her husband Brent are a military family. He served on flight decks in the Navy for four years after high school, and then came back to the US to continue his studies and successfully put himself through college almost solely from the money he earned from the Navy and his various side jobs while in school. He had dreams to one day have a business he could call his own, and so did she. Her parents are entrepreneurs, and this is something she could see herself enjoying as well. Brent and Kat met when they were in college in Dallas. About 7 years later, they found themselves still together and home brewing in a Beer Club competition at Cornell University in upstate New York, where she was getting her MBA. They fell in love with the idea of creating a product that all their friends could share and enjoy. They wanted to share something that they created, that they believed in, that they thought was delicious with everyone around them. It is not as easy as it sounds, but today they run Texas Ale Project where they strive to support veterans and always put quality first. They are proud to have a very talented and passionate team at this local craft brewery in Dallas, TX.

When they met the veterans of HCC, they were immediately excited about the opportunity to help other veterans start their own businesses, become engaged in small businesses, and build exciting lives back at home, so they developed a beer that everyone could enjoy and feel good about. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of Good to Go Pale Ale give back to HCC to provide necessary training and support for the next generation of successful veteran entrepreneurs.
