Texas Ale Project has signed with Reed Beverage, Inc., a West Texas family owned distributorship based in Abilene and Amarillo, TX. This new partnership will allow Texas Ale Project to broaden its distribution throughout West Texas including markets where the brand has not previously been sold, such as Briscoe, Haskell and Wheeler Counties.

“We are excited to introduce Texas Ale Project to our customers and to work with a family owned company who takes pride in what they do,” says Damion Williams, VP of Craft, Wine and Liquor, “Reed Beverage is a proud supporter of Texas craft breweries and looks forward to a long-lasting relationship with Texas Ale Project.”

Reed’s quest to provide a culture of creativity and innovation for its customers aligns well with Texas Ale Projects dedication to handcrafting thoughtfully brewed, well-balanced craft beer for Texans. The brewery’s sales are up over 45% versus last year, and Texas Ale Project (T.A.P.) now has the capability to distribute its fine craft beers to a total of 64 counties in Texas. “We’re eager to partner with the Reed family to bring our beer further into West Texas, and offer craft beer lovers the beer experience we’ve been bringing to the DFW area for a couple of years now,” said Texas Ale Project’s Founder and CEO, Kat Thompson. “Since we first opened our doors in the Dallas Design District over two and half years ago, we’ve worked thoughtfully to bring a balanced portfolio of quality, flavorful ales using our multi-step mash methodology.”

This new partnership with Reed will allow T.A.P. to further its mission to bring great beer to fans everywhere. The first Texas Ale Project beers will hit the Amarillo and Abilene markets shortly.
